Due to the fire in our factory in India, many popular products are experiencing unusually long back-order times.
We import all of the products listed below from the Kaybee factory in India. Unfortunately, tragedy struck by way of a neighboring factory fire which spread and caused great damage to our factory's building structure, equipment, raw materials, and finished products. Luckily, the fire happened during the night when both factories were empty and no one was injured. We have rebuilt and are shipping limited quantities of items, however all items listed below still have long delays.
If you wish to purchase one of the affected items, you may shop normally and check out normally. Your order will be added to the waiting list on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive an automated update by email as soon as we have additional information on the shipping status of the item in question. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the shipping date of any such affected items. You are free to cancel your order any time prior to shipment. We also have available equivalent materials for virtually all products. If you need assistance selecting an equivalent product, please call our office.
